This summer we had a very small greyish visitor in our
maple trees in our back yard.
He was quiet most of the time and we both loved
having an owl in our yard.
Elaine talked to him regularly but he remained
taciturn (college board word) to the end.
Because she loved this little guy so much, I decided to
do this painting of him and keep my colors bright and happy. I had a hoot
(sorry) doing this one and gave it to her as a present. But she wanted you all
to have a chance to enjoy it in your home, especially if you love owls as much
as she does. Woo? Me? Yes. You.
